Cancellation Policy
At KEEP-CALM, operated by Calm Apparel, we understand that customers may need to cancel an order in certain situations. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Eligibility
Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, handed over to courier partners, or marked for dispatch processing, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. How to Request Cancellation
To request order cancellation, customers must contact our support team through our official communication channels with complete order details.
Cancellation requests may be submitted through:

- Customer support contact
- Official support communication channels
Cancellation approval depends on order processing status.
3. Pre-Dispatch Cancellation
If the cancellation request is received and approved before dispatch:
- the order will be cancelled
- eligible prepaid payments will be refunded
- cancellation confirmation may be shared with the customer
4. Post-Dispatch Cancellation
Once an order has been dispatched:
- cancellation requests will not be accepted
- customers may need to follow applicable return/refund policy conditions where eligible
Dispatch status determination shall be final based on our operational records.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders:
- cancellation requests are allowed only before dispatch
- repeated cancellation misuse may result in COD restriction or account action
KEEP-CALM reserves the right to restrict COD access for suspicious or repeated cancellation behavior.
6. Refund for Cancelled Orders
For successfully cancelled prepaid orders:
- refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 business days
- refund timelines may vary depending on payment gateway or banking systems
Refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method wherever applicable.
7. Duplicate Payments
If duplicate payment is successfully detected and verified:
- excess payment amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days
Customers should contact support with transaction details for verification.
8. Failed Payment Cases
If payment fails but funds are deducted:
- customers should immediately contact our support team
- payment verification will be performed
- eligible refunds will be processed after confirmation
Processing timelines may vary depending on banking/payment systems.
9. Cancellation by KEEP-CALM
KEEP-CALM reserves the right to cancel any order in situations including:
- stock unavailability
- pricing errors
- suspected fraud
- payment verification failure
- operational limitations
- delivery service restrictions
- technical errors
In eligible prepaid cases, refunds will be processed accordingly.
