Return / Refund / Exchange Policy
At KEEP-CALM, operated by Calm Apparel, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return / Refund / Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
To be eligible for return:
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- Product must be in original condition
- Original tags must remain attached
- Product must be returned in original packaging
- Return request must be submitted within the allowed timeline
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Products purchased using special coupon discounts
- Custom sale products
- Promotional offer products where return is specifically restricted
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Used, washed, altered, or worn items
- Products without original tags or packaging
3. Exchange Policy
Currently, product exchange is not available.
Customers are requested to carefully review size, product details, and specifications before placing an order.
4. Damaged / Wrong Product Claims
Customers must inspect their order at the time of delivery.
If you receive:
- a damaged product
- incorrect product
- defective product
please contact our support team within the return request period with proper evidence.
Claims will be reviewed and verified by our team before approval.
KEEP-CALM reserves the right to reject claims found to be false, incomplete, unverifiable, or inconsistent with return policy conditions.
5. Reverse Pickup
Where eligible, reverse pickup may be arranged by KEEP-CALM.
Please note:
- Reverse pickup availability depends on serviceable location
- Brand will bear approved return pickup costs
- Pickup timelines may vary depending on courier availability
6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved only for eligible returned products after successful verification.
Refund approval remains subject to:
- product inspection
- policy compliance
- claim verification
Refund requests for non-eligible products shall be rejected.
7. Refund Timeline
Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, refunds will generally be processed within 5 business days.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banking/payment partner processing.
8. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment source wherever applicable.
For eligible payment scenarios, refund handling may occur through authorized payment partners including Razorpay.
9. Cash on Delivery Orders
For COD orders, approved refunds may require customer bank account details for processing where applicable.
10. Return Abuse Protection
KEEP-CALM reserves the right to reject return/refund requests in cases of:
- excessive return behavior
- suspicious activity
- repeated misuse
- fraudulent claims
- intentional policy abuse
11. Cancellation vs Return
Order cancellations are governed separately under our Cancellation Policy.
Cancelled orders before dispatch will be handled as per cancellation terms.
