- KEEP-CALM reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders, products, or locations
7. Incorrect Address / Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of order placement.
If an incorrect address is entered:
- address modification may be requested only before dispatch
- post-dispatch changes may not be possible

11. Delivery Acceptance
